At Starchowk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return an item, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of item receipt.

Eligibility for Return

For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase for verification purposes.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please contact us at info@starchowk.com. We will provide you with the necessary return address. Kindly note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will furnish a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending back the package.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, inspect the items promptly. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will promptly address the issue to your satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products. Please note, sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

For a seamless exchange process, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order without providing any justification. The item should be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Ensure you keep the receipt or proof of purchase for validation.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
